VFD Gummy Nozzle

The Volumetric Filler Deluxe (VFD) nozzle delivers precision and efficiency. It accurately dispenses 2 to 9-gram products with a filling accuracy of +/- 2.5%, achieving up to 4,800 deposits per hour. Fully compatible with both new and existing RoboCAP models, the VFD Gummy Filling Nozzle can be expanded to include up to four nozzles, available with or without heating options.

Heated Pressure Vessel

Our bottom-out pressure vessels are engineered with back pressure to ensure even and consistent product flow through the tubing, minimizing waste and reducing air bubbles. Available in 1-liter, 1-gallon, 3-gallon, 5-gallon, and 10-gallon sizes, these stainless-steel tanks are compatible with our mixers and heating systems, providing uniform heat distribution and a cleaner filling process.
