Engineered for precise, low-volume product filling, the VF nozzle delivers with an impressive +/- 2.5% accuracy. Simply set your desired volume, and start filling! Product flows from the pressure vessel through the line and into the syringe via the VF dual valve, then dispenses seamlessly through the nozzle tip into your cartridge or capsule.

Our bottom-out pressure vessels are designed with back pressure to ensure smooth, consistent product flow through the tubing, minimizing waste and reducing the risk of air bubbles. Available in stainless steel sizes from 1L, 1g, 3g, 5g, up to 10 gallons, each vessel is fully compatible with our mixers and heating systems for uniform heat distribution and a cleaner, more efficient filling process.
