The RoboCAP RL-300 Peristaltic System makes bottle filling easier than ever. This pressure-free system minimizes product contact for quick changeovers and easy cleaning. For higher production output, you can upgrade to a 4-nozzle and pump system, offering a wide fill volume range from 10ml – 1L.

Peristaltic Pump

This peristaltic system utilizes a positive displacement pump to gently compress the silicone tubing, drawing product smoothly through the dispensing nozzles. Its contactless pumping action enables fast, easy cleaning—just replace the tubing, and it's ready to go.

Nozzle Tip Options

With nozzle tip options of 1mm and 2mm, you can fully customize the dispensing solution to suit your product's needs. Both nozzle tips work seamlessly with dispensing needle valves: the 1mm tip is ideal for capsule filling, while the 2mm tip is perfect for gummy filling or larger volume applications, such as cream containers and small bottles.

Custom Trays

Custom-molded trays are expertly crafted in-house to provide a precise fit for your specific products on the RoboCAP. Our team works closely with clients to design trays tailored to each unique container size and shape, ensuring seamless integration with the system. Each client receives three trays per container size or type, reducing operator downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
