Both nozzle tips work seamlessly with dispensing needle valves: the 1mm tip is ideal for capsule filling, while the 2mm tip is perfect for gummy filling or larger volume applications, such as cream containers and small bottles.

Our team works closely with clients to design trays tailored to each unique container size and shape, ensuring seamless integration with the system. Each client receives three trays per container size or type, reducing operator downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
