Engineered for precise low-volume filling, the VF nozzle offers a filling accuracy of +/- 2%, allowing you to set the exact volume needed and start filling right away. Product is pushed from the pressure vessel into the syringe, passing through the VF dual valve before being dispensed through the nozzle tip into the cartridge or capsule.

The Pro Filler Trays securely separate and hold individual capsules in place during the filling process. Featuring a three-step orientation process, the Pro Filler can accommodate up to 300 capsules at once, with a fill volume variance of just 2.5%. It also allows for easy separation of the capsule bodies from the tops, ensuring a smooth production workflow.
