The LabF6 pump system offers an efficient solution for low-volume vial filling up to 10mL. This pressure-free system minimizes product contact for quick changeovers and easy cleaning. For higher production output, a second pump head can be attached to the LabF6 with the dual pump head kit.

The LabF6 Pump utilizes a positive displacement pump to gently compress the silicone tubing, drawing product smoothly through the dispensing nozzles. Its contactless pumping action enables fast, easy cleaning- just replace the tubing, and it's ready to go.

Custom-molded trays are expertly crafted in-house to provide a precise fit for your specific products on the RoboCAP. Our team works closely with clients to design trays tailored to each unique container size and shape, ensuring seamless integration with the system. Each client receives three trays per container size or type, reducing operator downtime and optimizing production efficiency.
